Kids Art Classes Calgary & Lethbridge
Creative Art Classes for Kids Ages 5–17
Our kids’ art classes introduce students to a variety of artistic mediums and techniques. Students have the opportunity to experiment with colour, texture and different materials while learning the fundamentals of drawing and sketching.
Depending on the class and project, students may work with:
- Watercolour
- Acrylic paint
- Oil pastels
- Charcoal
- Drawing and sketching materials
- And much more!
Through guided instruction and hands-on projects, students develop their artistic abilities, discover new ways to express themselves and create artwork they can be proud of.
Art Instruction That Inspires Creativity
Helping young artists build skills, explore new techniques, and bring their imaginations to life.
The majority of COF’s art education classes for children and adults are taught by our Managing Art Director. Other instructors who occasionally teach our classes receive personal training from the Managing Art Director to help maintain a consistent, high-quality art education experience.
Our goal is to help every student build skills, try new techniques and enjoy the creative process in a supportive environment.
